Just when you think we should win an "easier" game, we have performed appallingly - the two London away games are a prime example, especially the second one where we "knew" what they were all about.
They are THE 2 worst performances in the last 4/5 years.

I have never had the courage to travel to London. It’s been a graveyard for us on a number of occasions to risk travelling so far. Never been able to afford Catalan.

So I’ll take your word for it.

Don't really remember the actual scores but sounds familiar.

Do remember going to Leigh for the playoff game at the season end. Lee Smith try at the start and drop goal at the end. 16-17 victory.

I was there too. That was a bit tense. I'm thinking Tupou had only just arrived but made some big runs to get us out of trouble.... Though I could be mixing two games up there.

Tension increased when our friend James Child sin binned Michael Sio with about 10 to go and us hanging onto a 1 point lead.

Tupou provided the inside overhead pass for our opening try.

Thought that was against Cas but can’t remember to be honest. Think Kaye became our MVP for about a week after that

Not sure why people are so negative about his return when you consider the mass bleating when MC didn’t offer him a deal last time.

Think that game against Cas was his last for us at the end of 2013? Leigh were offering big money to build a team and Kay was just a fringe player at Wakey. Well before MCs take over too.

Was it that long ago, crikey. Still there was a lot of moaning at the time but I’d say whoever decided he wasn’t worth what Leigh were offering probably got it right.
