What if the team isn't or very good a winning games, how can the club increase the average to get more revenue to boost the chances of winning more games?
Sorry Klav but if you aren’t very good at winning games you don’t deserve more support it’s that simple imo. All the hype in the world won’t get you a single fan if the product is poor.
Don’t get me wrong I saw the screen ad your on about and I’d like to see us do a bit more like that. However it’s very much a side issue.
The biggest advert the club could have is an open top bus parading the CCup winning team through the city. That’s what gets people interested.
I honestly believe we as fans are so conditioned to failure that we have forgotten what it’s all about. We’ve just seen it on another thread and it’s a bit of a cancer at the club. I certainly think if rubs of on the players some of whom know deep down they can get away with giving up in big games because we have.
It’s always the Coach or the BOD to blame, well it isn’t it’s all of us including fans and players.
All of us need to up our game and fans need to stop feeling sorry for themselves and just back the chuffin club! We are the best salesmen but all most Trinity fans do is moan and then complain that nobody cares about Trinity any more (not you).
Try being like Cas fans for a change, they start most seasons believing they have already won it, might work, optimism can be just as infectious as pessimism.
