Happy for max but m not a fan and can see a better player leaving now in miller or hampshire has Gaskell aint coming to be a squad player if miller is staying think max is a back up player so both walker and hampshire are gone.hand on heart wish max evedy bit of luck hope he proves me wrong.....and before peeps have a go im entitled to my opinion

I rarely agree with you but in respect of Holland defensively he was our best. We may have had better like Ella or Leeds but these were short term whilst Holland performed to a high level over many seasons.

Bit of advise, if you want to fool folk then disagree with each other once in a while, that’s how me and my real alter ego go undetected

Best re signing they made for a while. Be nice to keep Rocky too but can’t see that happening now with the injury prone Gaskell coming in.

Pleased for Max and for the club because I think his best years are to come.
Lots of other full backs named on here and they were all very good, but they aint here now so I'll settle quite happily for Max at FB.

And the original question was when was the last time we had a fullback who gave as much confidence under the high ball.

The ones named all had skills but none in my opinion were as good under the high ball.
He gives me absolute confidence that he'll take it.
There are other parts to his game that can of course be improved but that part he gets a mark of Outstanding.
