Or just a condition on the permission to build the unit. Whilst ever there are conditions that have not been discharged the developer does not have approval to build the thing. A lot will and chance their arm with the LA, but as long as they officers are strong then they can enforce the condition and stop progress. Ideally world sadly and WMDC have showed their hand previously, with Box gone maybe it's time for a new leaf

It was £400,000 for the floodlights there top notch quality LED light, mentioned about having a permanent big screen aswell
