On the plus side, much of Pochings career was spent at top teams, Leeds as a player and Warrington as a coach, under a number of top men. So he should at least have the knowledge.

Willie is a legend at BV, but as a player not coach. Being a good player does not make you a good coach BUT I'm willing to eat my words!
Anyway, whoever it is, the players now need to take a look at themselves because, despite what some poster feel, I don't think some of them have always given 100%.
