I’m not saying Tanginoa has been good by any stretch VM. He’s not performing at prop though we did see the odd flash when him vs wire when miraculously he spelled in the SR. Tanginoa was the best SR and forward at the club end of 2020 season until the experiment to convert him to a prop early 2021.Tanginoa was a destructive left SR and has been converted into a average at best prop. The only reason I can think is to accommodate Ashurst. What an error that has been. Ashurst needs a rest and so does Pitts if we don’t want them burnt out for KR. We have Tanginoa and Batchelor who I think could be better options. Tanginoa would need to rediscover some form and fast and he will only do that on the edges.
