Some one showed me you once your a fat lad probably a soft one toowallys put a bit of weight on but he's not fat we've all got user names otherwise you'd look a right prat

Because you like the others mentioned talk about poor signings and this and that as if you somehow you always knew better. You didn't, you just have the benefit of hindsight. Anybody can be a Coach Hindsight, easiest job in the world. People like Mash and MC make decisions based on what they know at the time. Atoni looked a decent shout, may still be, but you are calling the club out based on what you think you know now, not what they knew then.

We are not playing well, we are struggling for various reasons at present, but sporting fortunes can change overnight on the bounce of a ball. There is simply no need for the recriminations currently going on. We knew we were short of money this season, we knew we had an inexperienced coach and a thin squad, nobody hid that and most of us accept the reasons why. Do people who endlessly complain and snipe not think that those of us who stay positive don't feel the pain? Do you think we can't see that Atoni is yet to shine, we can I can assure you and it's frustrating as hell, but moaning doesn't help.

It's not just you and in a way I understand peoples despair, but when I see how hard people at the club are working it angers me when they get such unfair criticism.

Finally as regards your comments about MC, if it's any consolation on the few occasions I've met him I can't say we've bonded in a way I have with JM, different chemistry I suppose. We have not become best mates but that doesn't mean I can't respect him. As far as I'm concerned he saved the club and if he ruffles a few feathers I can live with it, I'm really not that precious.

You’ve got no idea what I know or don’t know, you have no idea what experience I have or don’t have!

I may be a know nothing who’s never really played the game beyond a couple of school games alongside Johnny Thompson and stood on the same lump of concrete in the North Stand for 35 years believing that doing so has allowed me to accumulate an in depth understanding of the game and the people who watch it!

On the other hand I might be John Kear or Brian Noble or Mail Reilly, the point is you’re making some very sweeping assumptions and condemnations based on no knowledge of me whatsoever.

I know you like to rub up against the ankles of the giants who run our club, like a mangey stray cat hoping for a bit of love but there’s really no need to get so defensive of them when people make their ignorant and poorly informed, or not, observations.

The modern world and the wonders of the World Wide Web allow us all to have one great big conversation just as the local pub provided a table and chairs for a small group of fans to chew the fat about everything including Trinity. I suppose the main difference is you wouldn’t have had the nuts nor the temerity to call out those guys sat with their pints in their local complaining about how their club was run!
No, you’d have faced toward the bar, put your head down and kept quiet for fear that one of them might be Try Scorer and he’d give you a thick ear for your cheek (anatomically not possible I know).

Anyhow, don’t take it so personal, it’s just fans talking about the club and when that stops we’ll really be in trouble
