We will easily get over 3000 and likely over 3500 if we perform strongly on the pitch. Fans ultimately want to watch a team win.

If we hover around middle or lower then fans will fall away through the season.

I will be there regardless along with my child and other family members. Doing commit 6 so have my seat in the new stand.

It says IF we perform strongly on the pitch. I stand by that and you’re happy to come back to it if we do perform strongly. It’s not useable if we don’t perform strongly however.

It isn't actually about getting 3000 next year.
The score is worked on thresholds.

Between 1.5k and 3 gets you 1.5 points
Between 3k and 7.5k gets you 2 points

BUT it's on an average over 3 years and season ticket holders who don't attend don't count.

So our average over the last 2 seasons will stabilise a drop this year but it will hurt us if we stay in Championship and attendances stay low.
Without knowing how many ST holders don't attend its difficult to work out but I'd say next year we need to keep above the 3k average, rather than just achieve the number as a one off.

I had a go at working out the score.
We clearly don't get 15. I reckon we get just over 11, assuming low scores where I don't know the answers.

B grade is 7.5 - 14.99

Stadium is now one of our strongest areas but we'll never get any higher on catchment and attendance is a long way off.

Four points can be found in these sections

We have to get good scores on finances, in particular our non centralised turnover.
This is where the east stand will earn its corn.
There is a range from 0.65 to 3 on this, though again it's on a 3 year average so we won't get top marks straight away no matter what we do.
Foundation income is worth a full point. Don't know what our turnover is but we get 0.25 for having one and further points depending on higher turnover.

Digital Fandom is a big area to improve.
I reckon we score 0.475 in an area where 1.5 is available.

So I think we could do ok compared to other Bs. An A could be achieved at Belle Vue but it'll take a couple of years.

The reduced TV viewership will also have a growing negative impact on the IMG score the longer we spend in the championship. The club really really need to employ a very high quality social media team to counteract this drop by achieving more in the online reach

The announced figures at Bradford have been a source of plenty of amusement for visiting fans. It would be interesting to know to what extent IMG have followed through with their promised "ad hoc audits."

We are on TV less than other SL clubs because we don't have a good or consistent product to showcase the sport, but our league games will not be on TV at all in the championship and this will impact on our IMG grading
