They have seats in the centre of the stand for the hospitality guests, the seats are referred as Club lounge seating, or so I understand

Block D seating is for the hospitality season tickets (the ones at £780) on the padded seating for the game

looks like at least half of those seats (and presumably hospitality season tickets) have now been reserved for the whole season...
