So Colin wants to deal with SRW - well of course he chuffing does, the guy allowed him to build NC, circumvent the crap 106 that he oversaw and completely avoid his responsibilities. He wants to repeat the whol exceecise again and we wouldn't allow that - so up pops SRW again to 'save' the day!
I'm not sure why or how anyone accepts his involvement in this process and will be letting others know of my opinion on this!
As you know I and other Wakefield & District Community Trust Directors are of the same opinion as you Phil.
Its not coincidence that SRW forms his own Trust, although I cannot see that it has been registered with Companies House, and the Council are referring to the Trust's and both Trusts working together. There is only one Trust and that is the Trust that was set up specifically by Wakefield MDC to facilitate the delivery of the Community Stadium and is named in the S106 Agreememt and was referred to in the Public Inquiry.
The W&DCT has the best interests of the community and Wakefield Trinity at heart and wishes to see a stadium built that will allow the Club to prosper whilst making the stadium available for use by the wider community. I wonder if SRW's "new" Trust has the same aims.
