Noticed in Wakefield Express that there is more planning permission from Newcold.
Anyone know what this is?

No but remember Newcold was excluded from the trigger so the clock on the 60,000m2 is at zero.

I know it won’t happen but if YC were serious about building the stadium they could agree that they would let newcold count towards the trigger point, the fact they won’t tells us all we need to know

If they were serious about building the stadium they could just ignore the trigger point completely and start building it. That would then give them an incentive to start signing people up for the rest of the site, instead of letting them go elsewhere.

The trigger point is a maximum that they can build out before starting on a stadium - there isn't a minimum!!

I think they would argue they need the 60000m2 (I believe at the PI they wanted 100k) to provide the necessary funding to start building, not being a cash rich business.

Still the lack of on site promotion tells you they ain't trying to market it at all.

They did and agreed to a new S106 Agreement but when they produced the Heads of Terms it was crack, far worse the the one we have so it was rejected.

Have I missed something, Sandal, but I thought that at that Council Meeting Box said that they had agreed to include the original Newcold build in the 60,000 sq m
