Yes and it was to be covered in a new S106 Agreement with the Unilateral Undertaking being torn up. However when we received the draft terms for the new S106 Agreement they were totally unacceptable to the Trust and the Club and were rejected.

Does the 60,000 m2 refer to the land occupied and therefore include the HGV parking bays, offices etc or is it purely the warehouse that counts?

It’s the footprint of the actual building and does not include external areas such as car parks.

This subject is very hard to moderate.

If you are specific about any wrong doing whether about being a liar or commuting fraud I'll have to delete the post and it'll be a final warning too.
Saying things like NGB4C has said is not good but if you don't keep doing it in can let the conversation run.

If it was a film. Wakefield council know cas new ground not getting built .Offer to build at belle view;new contract mr Carter does not know this.Refuses offer takes club out of district; yorkcourt now got newmarket land. As a thank you to wakefield council build cas ground but as i say it is just a film.
