Featherstone is not even a town it's a village, even if you tag on Pontefract it's not a huge catchment area and it's one it shares with two existing SL clubs.
Seems pretty clear what you are saying, Featherstone, is a village, not sure whether you're saying the same for Pontefract but that's a town also. I suppose you could have had your Devils Advocate keyboard out with the intent of provoking a debate on towns, villages, and cities, or maybe you are just wrong or just being insulting to Fetherstone Town
I meant in a population sense, pathetically literal even for you, grow up,
My understanding is that villages, towns, and cities are based on the actual population by someone in the whats a village/town/city department, so I'm assuming that's not you, has already been classified that it has enough people to be called a Town,
Rovers have a fine Stadium way better than Castleford or Wakefield, a capacity greater than Wakefield and space to create room for more spectators and some hospitality as well,
For clarity its a TOWN and not what you think it is and that's a FACT of that there is no doubt
They have a much right as any other club to have a crack at SL if they get the chance, Trinity were not welcomed with open arms in 1999 never relegated and here they are still standing SL 2021
