Sorry, but if you are not happy with the LAW OF THE LAND you need to right to your MP or even run for office yourself.

They are fully entitled to their opinions but the law states those particular opinions you mentioned don't count... not me mate, the LAW!

Sorry, I did write material considerations and of course i meant non-material... but here is the list anyway... if you want to write to your MP about it.

- Impact on property values
- Profit
- Ownership of land/right of access
- Work already done
- Commercial competition
- Loss of view
- Restrictive covenants
- History of the applicant
- Change from previous schemes
- Moral objections
- Matters covered by other legislation

And of course......it is only the Opinion of Wakefield fans that they should have a Stadium provided for them ... Not the law of the land, but you do seem to think that this is not the case, yet you seem to feel you exist an a higher moral plain to the poor people of Methley whom this directly affects.

What you mean is Stanley and Outwood East ward doesn't have a high unemployment issues... which would be entirely correct and a FACT! However, the AREA surrounding Newmarket does have actually have a employment problems and if you take the Parliamentary constituency of Morley and Ouwood, it ranks well in the bottom half for all employment in the UK... and that does not count the South Leeds/Rothwell area which also has a problem, has does Eastmoor, Castleford etc, etc!

Actually, they want a stadium for no cost... that is sort of the point!
