No it’s not actually. Also it’s Max first game back possibly the only player with an excuse for not being at the top of his game.

Yes a crap tackle but so was the one before which came from a player who in turn was left stranded, where the hell was Lyne and BJB! It not individuals the whole thing is a shambles.

Maybe you need to calm down a bit, first of all I wasn't making a comment on Jowett's tackle, it was what it was an attempted tackle end of, my remark was to the poster who said he was in no mans land, who should have said that perhaps he had made the wrong decision, as for being a crap tackle those are your words not mine I merely thought he'd made the wrong decision as it goes, though I'm not sure how lumping Lyne and Jones Bishop from a different tackle validates your argument or the fact that he missed a simple enough tackle because it was his first game back.

Why do I need to calm down, your the one calling other posters ‘rubbish’ but then you have a history of one rule for yourself and one for others don’t you. Despite your inability to debate properly I’ll give it another go.

Jowitt attempted tackle - crap

PP - can’t even call it an attempted tackle.

BJB should have been on his wing, you do understand that principle don’t you? PP shouldn’t have been there he’s far to immobile. I’ve watched it again and I can see no reason why Lyne and BJB were where they were - hence the whole thing was a shambles which is far more damaging than one player missing a tackle. Surely you get this it’s not rocket science.

Sorry mate but you're wrong. Lyne and BJB had made the previous tackle and were markers. No way they could have been on the wing. The other lazy bar stewards should have covered for them.

Jowitt's underlying problem is lack of game time. Either through injury or more usually through non selection. Bill Tupou has hardly stepped straight back where he left off has he?

I'm OK with protecting the youth and it was far from Jowitt's fault but let's not recreate the facts. It was a really poor attempt at a tackle it had lots of effort but no technique at all.

I have to admit i am a fan of Jowitt but that effort was very poor. His choice to try and go left handed made no sense whatsoever. As much as Pauli has been much maligned in recent times, this time i can’t really blame him. He was the ultimate fish out of water as the edge man and he didn’t stand a chance against Gildart. The problem came from a lack of filling in from the original tackle.

Your the one with thirty thousand posts and the history for creating arguments over the years not me, I'm not sure why you want to muddy the waters here, I haven't rubbished any poster never mind multiples of them, I too will give it one more go for your sake, I did not rubbish mopsey, just his interpretation of the tackle and I certainly didn't say it on the off chance that I'd hope to get involved with you and your abrasive manners, I will state again for your benefit I have no opinion of either way, it was his call to make .

Not sure why you think his tackle was crap when by your own admission if anybody had an excuse then it was him with it being his first game back, and as for bringing Pauli into it I'm not sure what your motive is here as one was a mistimed tackle and the other a non event, but that's you doing what you do best, when struggling cloud the issue by in this case bringing in first of all Lyne and Jones Bishop and just to make sure throw Pauli into it as well, why stop there, there were plenty of other tackling issues you could get off your chest if your that desperate for an argument.
