I assume you mean oldest rugby league ground?
Although we are old there are many older sports stadiums than us. Bramhall Lane for one.

Total figure mentioned was £12M, so as the other figures add up to £10.8M, I'm just guessing that the other £1.2M will be forthcoming from other sources ??
