Just got in from a day out, expecting to see a Super League result, and I read this on the BBC website. All alliances and rivalry's aside, this is a terrible event to happen, my thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Leon, and also to the fans and officials of Wakefield RL, who have had yet another curve ball thrown at them

RIP Leon, such a tragedy for one of the young rugby league talents to be taken.

Totally shocked by this news to one so young passing away doing what he loved.

My thoughts are with his family and friends and the club and fans.

Such a sad day for the rugby family to take in and Wakefield have had so much tragic news in the past year.

Rightly or wrongly Rugby is part of my life and this has really upset me that on a day of celebration of ones mother. a son has been stolen from her.
