So as I understand it Trinity/The Trust have not rejected anything, mainly due to the fact nothing has been provided for them to reject, however they have sent in their interpretation of the heads of terms which the council have spit the dummy out over. Is this correct?

Box, Walker and the developers were never going to present anything that is acceptable to The Trust / Club. They want the club to fail and go out of business

I don't see it like that, I'd say the three named by you want Rodders trust to get the nod, everyone can make money out of the stadium. Could Ted be in bed with Rodders?

With the greatest respect, RLFans forum, Yorkshire Radio and Ridings FM are too small to lead the way.
This needs to be discussed in the public domain, on the BBC and Sky. (I realise that is tough to do, but that is what we need to shake things up).

As the club and trust don't appear to have received any genuine correspondence on this matter, Andy Wallhead and the council need taking to task, prove to the media and public that the club don't expect public money to fund this build. Plus the public need to know that AW and the council are scheming and caniving (sp) not the trust/club. Gloves off, give 'em some!

There clearly is something to hide, hopefully the national journalists who have, to their credit, taken an interest in the subject will be sharpening their pencils. Replace stadium with school and it would make nation news and outrage the fools on the VT who don't get it.
