I believe Trump as much as Al "Boris" Johnson having it back in April, Lance Armstrong in 2004 and Bill Clinton in 1998.
I had similar thoughts on whether Boris was genuine in April. If it was a charade then his "make up" team did a far better job on him than Trump's did.

I think their differing presentation matches their response to the pandemic at the time. They're going with what suits their narrative; Trump - I'm well don't be scared (economy), Boris I'm unwell so stay at home (protect NHS). I see it for what it is, it's just propaganda.

Are you saying that neither leader needed any hospital treatment or, was that "made up" as well ? Of course the story is spun, primarily not to cause too much alarm, which could cause all sorts of panic, if not handled correctly. No to mention one of our/their enemies thinking that there may an opportunity,

Yes this "neither leader needed any hospital treatment or, was that "made up" as well ?"
I'm not sure of the details of their case as they've not divulged their private medical records and contact history. I only suspect the picture they try to paint will be far away from the truth. I would even go as far as to say I wouldn't put it past them to deliberately have the virus injected.
Out of the UK population so far 0.2% (144,347 out of a moving population of 67,980,370+) have been in hospital for any reason producing a positive PCR test (for Wales this is inclusive of suspected cases) and that includes Al "Boris" Johnson. I've not seen the number of hospitalisation admissions for the USA, so I'd be interested to see how this compares statistically for Trump. At the end of the day what are the chances two of the biggest western super powers both requiring hospital treatment this year? Slim I would think.

Both of them see lots of different people regularly, and both of them are idiots when it comes to following the simple rules of wear a mask and keep your distance (I assume they wash their hands). It's not that long ago that Johnson was proudly telling everyone he was going around shaking everyone's hands, and Trump is so narcissistic that he insists on having crowds surround him wherever he goes.

So says the narrative.
If your reasoning is true, it's strange that Piers Corbyn hasn't ended up in hospital, he doesn't even seem to try to follow the rules.
Here are a couple of informative articles regarding COVID in Belarus. It might help to uncover one of the organisations driving the global COVID response, explain why our politicians hands are tied and the BBCs disdain for their election result as they didn't fall into line.
'WASHINGTON, May 22, 2020 (worldbank.org)— The World Bank has approved a €90 million package to help Belarus take effective and timely action to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic by strengthening the country’s national healthcare system.
The project will address the health system’s immediate needs for medical equipment, supplies, and training to treat severe cases of COVID-19, including through provision of modern ventilators, pain medication, and antibiotics, as well as personal protective equipment for health workers.
Furthermore, the project will finance communications activities to promote social distancing and hygiene best-practices that can prevent the spread of infections among the population.
“This project will help save the lives of Belarusians by providing critical equipment to the health sector,” said Alex Kremer, World Bank Country Manager. “It will have the most impact when combined with social distancing measures, including preventing large gatherings, reducing physical presence in workplaces and educational establishments, and reducing non-essential movements, all of which will save lives and help mitigate longer-term economic impacts. The earlier such measures are implemented, the better the outcomes for people’s lives and livelihoods.”
The project will also strengthen public health laboratories and epidemiological capacity for early detection, confirmation, and reporting of cases. It will finance medical supplies and equipment to help detect COVID-19, including testing kits, personal protective equipment, laboratory reagents, and training. In addition, the project will help with the acquisition and distribution of modern ambulances and essential ambulance equipment.
This project complements longer-term World Bank support to Belarus’ health systems, including the ongoing Belarus Health Systems Modernization Project, and a potential future project to support hospital consolidation and long-term care that has been requested by the Government of Belarus. MINSK, 19 June, 2020 (BelTA)– Additional conditions which do not apply to the financial part are unacceptable for Belarus, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said when speaking about external lending during a meeting to discuss support measures for the real economic sector on the part of the banking system, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko asked the participants of the meeting how things were with the provision of foreign credit assistance to Belarus. “What are our partners' requirements? It was announced that they can provide Belarus with $940 million in so-called rapid financing. How are things here?” the head of state inquired.
At the same time, he stressed that additional conditions which do not apply to the financial part are unacceptable for the country. “We hear the demands, for example, to model our coronavirus response on that of Italy. I do not want to see the Italian situation to repeat in Belarus. We have our own country and our own situation,” the president said.
According to the president, the World Bank has showed interest in Belarus' coronavirus response practices. “It is ready to fund us ten times more than it offered initially as a token of commendation for our efficient fight against this virus. The World Bank has even asked the Healthcare Ministry to share the experience. Meanwhile, the IMF continues to demand from us quarantine measures, isolation, a curfew. This is nonsense. We will not dance to anyone's tune,” said the president.'
This afternoon I had the pleasure of watching the tape of the 1992 Challenge Cup Final, Castleford V Wigan. For professional reasons I might add. (I thought the Cas pack looked a little light weight?)
Forgetting the rugby for a moment, I was struck by the wonderful atmosphere, the dads, the mums, the old and the young, the teenagers all decked out in their team colours, happy as Larry, Even happier the crowds back in Wigan the following day. Sorry Cas fans.
Contrast this with later in the afternoon catching the end of the recording of the Challenge Cup semi between Salford and Warrington.
Empty stadium, fake crowd noise, virtue signalling banners for BLM, NHS where the joy should have been. But the worst thing, all those close ups of dodgy looking geezers, their faces blotted out by bandito scarves, surgical masks, thick black muzzles. No joy on show, just these bunches of faceless men (very few females) standing on the sidelines.
Unfortunately the Twilight Zone (or the "new normal" as they call it) has finaly arrived. Just as our leaders planned.
What next "The Walking dead"
PS before the snipers arrive, I acknowledge those geezers are probably not dodgy in any way. Well I would if I could identify them.

Yes, I noticed that on SKY pic of the day along with the “Twilight zone”
My grandson forced me to watch it a year or two back. Told him then that “ methinks they are showing you the future me old china” (He's not Chinese and I didn't call him "me old china" just artistic license there....Ok RikK?).
Looking at those muzzled sad eyed bus passengers this morning maybe I'm not far wrong. (Yes RikK, if your reading this, thru the old window)
Cue for “well actually, a zombie is...............................” Fill in the blank.
