Which i feel is a very valid reason for the delay, without it opposition would have far greater scope for criticism, however if you have documented evidence to suggest these factors have been given proper consideration and have been successfully factored into the design there are far fewer areas which are vulnerable to exploitation, either by the opposition (WCCG) or the media (WE). This i believe shows the difference between our projects and those being pushed by other SL clubs.
We are (and it feels strange saying this about WT) being very professional and astute in our approach, doing things quietly, without a constant media fan-fair, and appear to be moving at great speed when you consider how long the project has existed.
Documentation such as this is vital to the success of this project, and our future.
As other people have said, this is only the start of the beginning, but let's not underestimate how big a step this is, and thank those who have worked so hard, and continue to do so!
