We scraped past 4 teams that were pretty much nailed on for the bottom 4 (now i don`t know if they are as now i think we could very well be in that mix) and suddenly a lot of supporters were getting carried away and claiming we would be top 4.

We cannot close a game down, and standards have evidently slipped in every area as the season has progressed, just how much of an impact did John Kear have on the set up? For me i have been asking myself this question since he left for Bradford...

I cant see us beating Saints next week but should we lose to Salford for me we have to start asking questions, we have Cas away the week after and no doubt that will be 8 losses from 8 games. Are we in for another 2015?

No doubt? That is ridiculous. Of course there is doubt. We may well win 2/3 or 1/3. Whatever, this means we will have done the worst of our fixtures. Our 2nd half is easier than our first. If we were losing in embarrassing ways and not competitive, I would be with you but this is silly given our fixture list

Whereas Chester in his first year took us to the top 8 for the first time since 2012. Took us to a Challenge Cup semi for the first time since 2007 and fifth place for the first time since 2009.

You're like that Cas fan - trouble-making.

Are these people real Trinity fans? I am prepared to criticise if I see lack of effort or nous but ffs we are doing pretty well with the resources we have. What world do these folk live in?

I don't know him so I don't know if I like him. As a coach he is average at best. To look at our current position and think he is preferable is utterly ridiculous.

Personally I think we can beat sts
And just like that our season will start positively moving again.

We have a game in hand against Widnes and lost marginally despite playing very well in the last matches which against Leeds and hull can be put down to a horrendous referee decisions
The hull kick that didn’t go over (see trinity tv) and the talano off side try scored from the Kelly kick, if i did that bad at my job I’d get sacked!

To start talking about 'Chester Out' is ridiculous!
In my view most coaches are as good as their players. OK, some coaches can bring together average players and somehow gel them as a team (Peter Fox at Bradford years ago was very good at that)
Our losses have been by low scores and I take heart from the fact that we should have beaten Cas and Leeds.I qualify that statement by saying we were as good, for the most part of both games to beat both of them.
with better ON FIELD game management we would have beaten both.

Why do you use the word "we" when you talk about Wakey, but earlier in the season you used the word "our" when talking about Leeds on the Virtual Terrace?

You referred to Moon as "our" first choice stand-off, and "our" supporters turning up in great number for the Leeds and Cas game at Elland Road, which wasn't surprising given the publicity "we" are throwing at it.

Just curious how someone can be both a Leeds fan and a Wakey fan in the same season.

Something I queried a couple of weeks ago after our second win I think, I got the response of "I'm a Wakefield fan? lol"

Hi Slugger,

My father was logged in on my account on his Ipad as i used this when i first set this up, and accidentally left it logged in when i had left his house! So there will have been some contradicting posts to begin with from my account, possibly for around 2 weeks as he isn`t the most "Tech savvy" My dad has an account and regularly posts on the Leeds board and has done as he has followed Leeds for a very long time. Not a big issue, i hope anyway... Can always get him to clarify from his own account through PM if you require?
