Apparently Bulls had £ 600.000 of debt as per their most recent accounts, 2019 accounts due later this month. So even if the debt has remained stable at £ 600,000 over the last 12 months trading then it will take some sorting out, unless the debt was due to the previous owners and they have agreed to write it off. The major cost saving will be moving away from Odsal which will save then a reported £ 300,000 per year ( may have remembered that incorrectly but its a lot ). The other positive for any new owners is that I would well imagine that Bradford MDC will be bending over backwards to tempt the club back into the City, you can bet that there will be some tasty incentives put forward. Bradford MDC never for one minute thought the club would leave.

The last sentence is the total opposite to WMDC, our leaving would be a wet dream to Box.

I wouldn't listen to Mick regarding the Bulls, majority of fans are willing to lose players to keep the club alive, if the things about CB are true its what we have needed for years.
