You need to read the previous posts, the argument/debate was about whether changing a coach works. Mr Know it all claimed it rarely works, I have given him 3 recent examples where it has worked. Obviously money comes into it, are you telling me that Furner, Smith & Cunningham had no money? Given the resources of those 3 clubs I doubt that very much, but of course I don't know that for certain........

I'm not really bothered who we try and recruit, and I do get you are being slightly sarcastic with your question??!! I simply want the players who take to the field to perform to a higher standard more often, as it appears our current coach can't seem to 'inspire' them to do that?! And hasn't got a lot out of them for far too long now. I noticed in one of your posts you said, we just have to accept this is where we are, and we are not as good as other teams? or words to that effect. Genuine question for you then, are the majority of our squad simply not good enough to perform on a regular basis, or are the coaching staff not getting the best out of them??

No, we should try and recruit Powell. But then again we should have done that 5 years ago. Every week Cas play good Rugby regardless of personnel. They have a solid structure to work to and everyone knows what they should be doing.

Powell and is staff have finished top of the league,got through to a Grand Final play attractive rugby ,finishing in top 5 for fun .including seasons were they have half the team out all seasons .Had\have crowds of 8000+ at most home games and just buy players to strengthen the team were needed What is our coaching staff record over the same time as Powell as been at Cas
