We have to be capable of looking forward beyond just the next game and whilst it's not always possible to rotate the squad, we should certainly be trying.

The bigger clubs all do it, with a view to having their best 17 available at the business end of the season.
Clearly, we aren't going to feature in the GF but, having the best 17 one week, followed by the "reserves" the next week isn't going to help, especially with a 4 day turnaround and a trip to France.

Club statement. Salford game off due to covid issues at Salford. Postponed. We clearly didn't cop enough bans at the disciplinary to suit Salford.

It may not be played because it is only one of many added to the list of possible rearrangements which is growing longer every week.
It will however allow us the time to try to get some players back for the Huddersfield game plus it will give the coaches longer to prepare the team, if I thought it would do any good.
