He's had more than one, he's had 3 majorish ones' including an acl, so there has to be some risk attached, but let's hope he has more of an impact than say Pauli Pauli, 'cause i remember people getting pretty excited after seeing youtube clips of him.

Well the bit about being perennial wooden spoonists is wrong because we have never been so in the SL era however to call us perennial strugglers is far more accurate in the recent past.

To be fair he is technically right. There is a risk.....but for me, one worth taking.

And I'd say its pretty positive if he has to go back to 2018 to find a negative.

I would say catalans are taking a much bigger risk with Tom.
Also they have 2 very useful wingers on the books at present.

It's for the likes of you who no doubt IF he turns out to be another flop, will be the first to say told you so! Like when Poching was given the gig and you said wo betide anyone who slags him off after a few bad defeats, yet you were the first to start a thread saying he had got selections wrong etc!! No, I'd only have to go back less than 2 weeks to find a negative of conceding 74 points to Salford, and loads of others sadly stretching way back to 2019. It's ironic that for me, the biggest 2 positives of this season have been Murphy and Hall, who i would suggest have come at a fraction of the cost of Lineham and Gaskell, who are now deemed not good enough to get into the team, care to comment??
