Just racking the old brain cells, i seem to think he made his debut against us what seems a long time ago. If not his debut , he only had just started in first team. He had a blinder that day and ran us around.

Not as good as Jowitt but with him injured a better replacement for a month than Gaskell. Mind you so would pretty much anybody.

The Gaskell kind of signing as been going on for 3 year you can see why we are at the bottom

Now I’ve recovered from yesterday

Must say I feel a bit more positive about the remainder of the season based on that effort

Very impressed with Jamie also very professional and experienced and really helped our attacking plays too close to the line

The thing I liked most was he bossed the defensive line.
I really like Max but if he has a flaw in his game, this is it.
I feel a lot more confident in our defense with Shaul covering Max's absence for the rest of the season.

Noticed that it was Shaul who closed Lomax down on the last play.

If you watch the replay, Fifita is held back by a Saints player at marker...just maybe he would have shut Welsby down too.

Shaun has a decent defence too. An area always mentioned regarding Max.
