I’m not a fan of this to be honest. I wish the lad well because he plays for my team, but this sort of BS will wear thin if he doesn’t perform (assuming he gets a game). And he will only get a game if he trains better than Kerch, Taufua or Murphy.

Plus, imagine having to put up with this rubbish at training every day,

I’d hate to see his old mate Mash burn any credibility by playing him straight off the bat ahead of last years first choice players.

Its a clean slate for all of them as far as I'm concerned, whoever trains the best should get the start.

He's also (I think) a right winger so would be up against Kershaw?

He will get the chance to show during pre season. Let’s give him a chance. I sure Mash will pick the one in best form and will if required drop or swap when needed.

He’s having a bit of fun at his own expense, what’s wrong with that. We used to embrace characters in this country, when did we become this dull!

He was utter crap last year, this year he has the chance to put that right and if he doesn’t he will be the only one looking stupid. Good incentive there for him to do well.
