On the positive side
A much better result than most expected, got into their faces and forced them into a scrap
We scored points which is a step forward

On the downside
We still lost and are now winless in the 5 opening matches
Salford we’re well below par, bombing one try and wrongly having another disallowed

We need another step up next week

If we’d of got that and won KR at home that would of literally transformed our season. Such fine lines.

He's barely worth a packet of wotsits, if we paid any more for him we were ripped off

Yeah, but we didn't. And the reality is that we're at the bottom of the table and the only club yet to win a single game

We had one disallowed and bombed a few. Good performance something to build on.

I thought we would score but not get that close. It sounded like Smith played well maybe Gaskell’s injury albeit unlucky for him could turn out to be better for the club.
