Yes and would bring a prop our way and free up a quota spot. Icing on the cake would then be a decent stand off to fill free quota spot. If Carter could pull that one off I would be the first to buy him a pint, not a ground prices though, that would be pushing it

Probably looking at Bullock or Philbin then. Bullock is out injured for another month i think so maybe the latter.

You'd like to think being at the club for 10 years, we'd finally get hold of this recruitment lark. Too many recent years we've started off on a shoe string (understood) to then use the strategy of bringing in a little bit better quality to save the season. This year, I think it may catch up on us.

I can't comment on Mick's business dealings but I do know him off the field (not great, but well enough) to find him a really decent man.

I don't agree with a lot of the decisions he makes at the club, but it's not my call, or my money and I won't hold that against him on my personal judgement of him away from rugby.

Everything crossed we get out of this mess.
