We've seen it the other way around , over the years, when, Eastern block leaders have been dead but, the "state" pretends that they are still alive, so as not to cause alarm among the masses.

As you like to look back on such things, perhaps you might want to tell us the last time a leader was diagnosed as "seriously ill" only to find that they were tickety boo - it may take you a while.

I put the same question to you that I put to MatthewTrin, do you think that any leader would wish to show themselves as weak and "at deaths door" ?
Any leader at any time in history ?

As for cracks showing, it seems like intensive care beds are once again filling up and were some way from the annual peak.
Remembering that this thing reared it's head at the beginning of the year, after the usual spike in flu admissions, we still have to get through a full winter with the new virus.
No cracks that I can see, just desperation to find a way for us all to live with a new virus ??

We live in unprecedented times and if you think that Boris and Trump are leaders in their own right then I believe you are sadly mistaken.
So yes, I do think they would show themselves to be at “deaths door” in fact I believe they will go to any lengths to see out the great economic re set and if either feigning being at deaths door or admitting they are at deaths door fools the populous then that is exactly what they will do.

Believe me, the cracks in the narrative are showing as myself and MathewTrin have demonstrated over and over. Even the Times and the BBC appear to be backtracking a little and seemingly giving their reporters a little slack over the questions they are being allowed to ask.

Just doing a quick search for “intensive care” I came across this grain of truth. It's amazing what you find if you persist and read to the end.

"Some suspected COVID-19 cases may actually have other conditions that would have landed them in the ICU regardless of the current outbreak. "

The people that you now believe, who are saying that there MAY be some ICU patients that MAY not have covid are the self same people that were telling you that their wards were filling up with covid patients.??
Perhaps it all depends what you want to believe, which I realise cuts both ways.

I take it that you couldn't find ANY leader at ANY time in history that was willing to show themselves in a position of weakness to try and further their cause ??

Never have I stated that a ICU unit has not had patients with c-19, or whatever it is. What I have disputed is, and I have been proved correct by even the MSM as figures have been recently heavily revised, that patients have died with c-19 not of c-19.

It seems that people were not distinguishing the difference then and now.

Remember those macabre jokes at the beginning of all this.

There is a clue in the description of the unfortunate deaths.

"The number of deaths in the last 24hrs for any cause with a positive test in the last 28 days."
So, if you were in an accident and was unfortunately killed and had a positive test at autopsy, you are counted...

The distinction between patients dying because of covid 19 and dying with it, in some cases will be impossible to tell.
Even those with the virus, will be dying of respiratory failure rather than the virus itself and you're right that some of the numbers have now been "marked down".
However, as mentioned in an earlier post, we are approaching the first full winter where the "new" virus is around and it may be wise to wait until we are in the teeth of the storm before passing full judgement on it's effects.

Still no news on World Leaders feigning weakness ?

That's the problem Miro. It's hard to 'prove' either way with those figures.
We are just drawing different conclusions from the same inadequate data.
