My problem with 5he email is, I’m a commit six member, my last payment end of this month, I have a ticket due, but is there a provision on the site for me to Emmy details.?
Think your best bet will be to email the club either via the "help" link on the season ticket page or directly to chris.blackham@wakefieldtrinity.com (he's the marketing guy apparently) For anyone else who is struggling with issues, this is the email that Chris sent me this afternoon...

Data Not Saving Please note that all boxes need to be completed before the save function is enabled. If you have completed all boxes and hit save, your details will have been saved, however there was an issue earlier where the page was not refreshing. This should now be resolved.
You may also need to refresh your browser for this issue to take effect.
For confirmation, please log back into your account and you should see your details have been updated.
Date of Birth Issues Please log back into your account, refresh your browser and you should now be able to enter the date of birth, either manually or using the calendar function.

Anyone else got the email this morning asking for each ST holder's details to be completed ?? I've just tried to do it but after completing the relevant boxes, the "Save Details" box doesn't allow me to save the details Anyone else got this problem ??
I've emailed the club and am awaiting a reply.

I emailed the club this morning, they quickly replied. gave me a password + Told me to enter my email address, got into the system but wouldn’t accept my charge of birthday, I sent another email advising them of this, received another email back saying they had now entered my DOB. All done and dusted, very efficient service by those staff.

The DOB works on the calendar and often fails just writing it in
Can someone please enlighten me as to what you are all talking about. I went to club shop, told them which seats I had reserved last season for son and myself(even though we never sat in them) . Looked at stand grid , agreed which two were mine, paid for them Given copy of block, row and numbers and told would be notified when ready for collection. Didn't know I had to do anything else. Are you talking about those who reserved on line?

Yes, online purchases. FWIW, the system for entering dobs didn't work for me on the day that the email was sent (was it yesterday!?) - but have just logged back on now and everything is fine, correct number of tickets, correct additional bits, and my dates of birth for each ticket have been accepted - system working great now
