Once the decision had been made i didn't think it could be reversed, maybe the meeting if it does happen will be to try and make sure the enquiry takes as little time as possible.

I have no idea, other than it's a glimmer.
Like you say it could be just info about a short inquiry, whatever! I'll take that for the time being.
I'm sure people connected with the club/stadium will have more info.

Would it not be a meeting to discuss why the decision was called and what/if any additional factors will be considered at the review and what/if any additional information the developers will be required to submit ahead of the enquiry.

I'm not sure what Rodney Walker would be talking to 'planners' about as he can only be classed as a 3rd party, as it is a planning application from Yorkcourt.

According to Danny Lockwood's piece in the Rugby League Weekly the land is part owned by Leeds City Council.
How can that be?
