If we are so certain of our case we are perfectly entitled to do the same. I can't believe Halifax are better funded than us, so I presume it is not entirely money related. I wonder if we are using the council as a means to an end I.e. We want to go to Dewsbury.

Has it been confirmed that the 'other' ground is Dewsbury, or is everyone assuming?

I believe that the ground as gone the way of the Super Bowl site which will mean we will be officially homeless. I would say that this is what I have heard but if incorrect I expect a member of SwAG will be able to correct this statement having been involved in more detail than most of us.

The council own the ground and a condition of the lease is that it goes to arbitration if there is a dispute. It was MC supporting the club that interested me, with the other party being the council.

Would be about right that the positivity from a Hull FC win would be immediately taken away. Perhaps they could announce it at 9.50pm tonight.

The ground can't be sold yet as it is still in the period preventing this under the asset of comminity value.
