Hull KR is a good model.
They have a coach who developed his skills working with youth teams in Newcastle and creating pathways.
It remains to be seen whether Mash is the right man for the job long term, but he's the "type" of person we need, like Peters.
They are building a good young side.
And then off field they use their facilities really well. I enjoy going to HullKR. It's a nice ground with great facilities. The corporate and function room areas are excellent and they make good money away from game day, which is what we are targeting.
In the summer I really enjoyed a drink and burger after the match at the bars behind the sticks.
Of course they still have a backer that allows them to spend to be able to grow, so we'll have to build slower, but it's tgecway to go.
