Youre not being helpful... squealing like a kid in macdonalds is not going to make a damn bit of difference... at this stage even if the stadium does not materialise I want to see every aspect of this affair publicly exposed and challenged in the highest court! Let those who are culpable face the consequences!
Whilst I agree that it's not helpful, those that are not privy to the full facts (which don't forget are pretty damn confusing for the average daft lad / lass from Wakey) probably do feel like this. There will be many that just want to simply see a resolution to the matter without been fully educated on the issue at hand and as far as they are concerned this has been going on for years.
Again I agree on the legal proceedings too. But at what cost do we think will be required. I'm not educated on these types of legal matters - but say we win. We may have our legal costs covered by the other side. Do we honestly expect YC to also suggest they have the means to go on a build a stadium? Box may well get his comeuppance but then what? We win the battle but not the war as we still don't have a stadium. I'm not in any way shape or form critical of the trust, MC, CB or anyone else fighting this battle on our behalf. But there is a feeling that we have been royally screwed and there will be no end product. I sincerely hope I am wrong I really do. But I can sympathise with those who are negative about this.
