And I'm sure that they have got the broad details of the funding agreed with the bank, but just that the bank aren't going to formally offer facilities until the planning permission is reasonably certain.

This is far more positive position than those suggesting that Yorkcourt are spinning a bigger crock of $h!t than Richard Wright normally does would have you believe.

On the basis that the PI outcome is as we hope it will be, Yorkcourt will submit the detailed planning permission as soon as they can and at the same time will start finalising details with their bank for whatever financing they need for the project. It's a simple matter of Yorkcourt and their bank wanting to work through things sensibly and professionally.

TBH, I was thinking more along the lines of what we've been lead to believe from the Community Trust re. funding. I'd always assumed that Yorkcourt would find the necessary money for their part of the project, given what they would earn from it.

You don't want to be saying sensible stuff like that; Mr Gubbage and his chums on the Cas forum might not see in 2012 if they don't have YCP's impending financial meltdown to cling to as the last hope that NM won't get built.
