As stated by earlier poster...

Tautai is a 17 1/2 stone 6 foot 3 inch tall impact prop.
Ashurst is a 15 1/2 stone 6 foot tall second row who plays long minutes and is expected to do likewise with Wakey hopefully striking up a good partnership with Kirmond although I'm disappointed Walshaw/Annakin haven't been seen to be up to that role next season.

Maybe if Annakin hadn't got suspended for 29% of the season had would gave had a chance Lubyanka has had his fair share of injuries too

A damn good fullback should be priority now that Mathers wont be with us but finding one isn't that easy Eden has been mentioned but he drops more clangers than a bad campanologist.

You can't blame Walshaw for going if he has, he's always looked like he has something when he's played but has never had a run at a full season in the team so we still just don't know for sure.

IMO he ought to be retained for a year and given a regular place in the team, kill or cure the issue one way or the other.

100% agree with this
when ever he plays he stands out
he doesn't just do whats needed he will always show a bit of something special

really would love to see him signed

I guess we have to keep looking back to what M.C. is trying to tell us, money is tight if a player/agent asks for more than we can afford then the answer is obvious no matter how good a player is we can not afford him. It must be difficult when you dont have a crystal ball not knowing how much money is available and how it can be allocated especially at this time of year when we have no idea as to how season tickets will go. I dont envy M.C. and co one bit.
