I reckon we've seen him a lot more than you, but either way, it's our club so respect our delusions and jog on.
I have to say I always wanted Kear to stay. I remember at the time saying he was our most valuable employee, over all the players at the time.
Bad decision to let him go and I reckon some of it was that the board at the time listened to the moaners on the terrace.
We need a strong leader behind the scenes like Hetherington was, like her or not, and a good leader in the proverbial dug out, and then a good leader on the field.
In my opinion, the team we have is good enough if you have someone who can lead them and make them play as a team.
