Nope. We retain what we sell directly. Any central sales are split 12 ways. NUFC keep the bar take. Newcastle council make a contribution. Costs are taken off. Profit split 12 ways

So if our own ticket sales are 100% profit, we really ought to take more fans.

That's entirely new news - it wouldn't harm to publicise that; I don't think I'm the only person who had no idea that it was arranged like that. Might even persuade a few more to attend.

Personally, I don't like it as a concept; the whole extra round thing, with contrived 'derbies,' has handed easy points to teams who really didn't need them; and whilst I can see the appeal for some people, I just have no desire to sit in a massive stadium all day, supping ale and watching other teams.
