My dislike for Leeds as a RL team probably stems from the fact over the last 10/15 years they have been so bloody good, with that came a level of arrogance which was probably justified, probably made more apparent as they are our neighbours, you get similar with Wigan, fans of other clubs hate them... For some reason I have never felt anything towards Saints which doesn't follow that pattern. Over the past few years, I have taken more of a disliking to Leeds than Cas, probably because I feel we have a better chance of beating them!
As a proud Wakefield lad, my dislike for everything Leeds goes beyond RL though, I don`t know why, it just does - In the past when I have known someone in the spotlight is from Wakefield and they say they are from near Leeds or even Leeds I just lose all respect for them, it`s my pet hate, I know, sounds ridiculous but it`s true! You get some people that are all for Leeds and will bang on about how much of a dive Wakefield is, I think our city is great but that`s just me!
