I accept hooker is a position that needs looking at and he ticks all the boxes so obviously wouldn’t lose any sleep if we did sign him. Can’t see it money wise to be honest.

I think Hodgson is good in certain systems.

When he is “the man” in the team I think he can be world class.

If however you have 2 dominant halves and also Hodgson trying to control things he seems to stifle the attack as he wants to be involved in everything rather than taking a back seat sometimes.

I expect he will go to Brisbane who are desperately in need of a controlling leadership figure in the spine and I expect he will go very well there.

Think Canberra have simply outgrown him or rather his style and the need for him.

Somewhat ironic that depending on who they replace Williams they may very well need that type of 9 again, but he is clearly heading out the door at Canberra no matter what happens this year.

It’s a simple fact that the NRL as a whole have a huge rosta of players waiting in the wings to replace players leaving or moving on , it’s just a huge conveyor belt of quality coming through all the time . Williams and hodgson will be resigned to the history books along with all the rest ,and the juggernaut will move on .

I first muted Miller in the hooking role some time ago, I think he would make a first rate no 9.

From what I’m watching tonight Miller would be superb at hull in place of josh Reynolds who’s having a mare aided and abetted by the rest of the hull squad

He's not built for Hooker. It would take a lot off his attacking game.
Of course had make a good stab at it but he's better being left as a 6.

Yep, he may very well put his body in front of anyone, but he often gets bounced on to his backside, good enough for a half to help slow down the attacker but not good enough for a hooker that needs to stop them in their tracks.
