Redcliffe Dolphins might be an option for either. They have been slow in signings and need to put something together to make players be interested in going the year after. If they re-unite elsewhere in Super League, well, that is how it goes, but it would be a shame. What it boils down to, I suppose, is a player getting as much as they can for what limited time they have left. I'd begrudge no player for that.
If he's going, good luck to him. I imagine with him, TJ and Bill off the books, we might have some cash for decent signings.
As for the other players, maybe they just need a break from relentless relegation battles.
