Rio is one of the best footballers in England and, at any age / any level / any sport, you deserve to be able to represent your country at the highest level - this is not about the money.

wakefield city a.r.l.f.c start pre-season training this tuesday (8/6) down at west yorkshire sports and social club just off walton lane. this year again they will be coach by johnny thompson (jt) with some help from fitness conditioner john haran training begins @ 7.00pm meet at 6.45pm at the changing rooms. they have been playing T & P during the close season on a thursday night with numbers already into the twenties with a big majority of new faces. anybody who is interested is advised to bring both boots and trainers for any further information contact jez on 07976976159 or andy on 07789206553.

Other than in the Wakey Express, and the JobsToday bit on the WakeyExpress website, where is a good place to look for job vacancies in the Wakey area?

I wanna move back home to Wakey, but need to find suitable job first. Any help anyone?

Snowie Bikes are death traps! But if I see it i'll take it on in my drag prepped 4x4 260bhp beast! My mate from Ossett has an R1, he had a GSXR but someone just casually knicked it whilst it was parked outside his mates house. He's waiting for me to put a 2.5 bottom end (that's been sat in the kitchen for a year) in my car before he whips me!
