True, it was more the dads army quote that caught my attention. But then again with Taylor playing mainly second row this year I doubt we’d sign two and use the quota spots available on both of them, if proctor turns out correct

Willie actually commented on Taylor. That wasn't a made up one. We may have changed our minds but we were interested at some point.

Reports Napa and Drinkwater told to look for new clubs for 2023. Think Drinkwater would be a good addition for us

Drinkwater would bring a good pick up as would Napa depending on who we already have signed up.

I’m sure both will have secured deals elsewhere that’s normally the case when the clubs say they are available.

Drinkwater’s been linked to wire. Regarding Napa all though he’s been a loose cannon this year I don’t think Catalans style will have helped.

Daniel Alvaro potentially still available as Toulouse dropped out of SL and can’t afford to pay SL contracts….

You would probably expect the below to be in /around the 17;

Whitbread - 24
Butler - 24
Tanginoa - 28
Bowden - 30
Battye - 30
Crowther - 25

Then add to that the likes of Eseh and Windrow hopefully breaking through to play a few, even if you add a few older forwards 32/33+ we still have a good mix of youth and experience IMO.
