I’m beginning to regret mentioning chips are £2.50 a bag, let’s try and get back on topic, I’ve read somewhere that JM has an article in today’s LE, re ground redevelopment, has anyone seen what it says, I won’t be able to get the paper until tomorrow.
You don't think the escalating prices and the diminishing standard of the good old British fish & chips is not an issue then
.........“The pre-season matches will provide an excellent opportunity to test the surface and for our players to become familiar with it.”......
Bit late then if it falls apart! Jesting aside, do you know if your pitch is a "Grassmaster"? If so, you'll have a pitch that's as smooth as a billiard table (without the slate bed). Leigh Sports Village has that installed and it stands up to Leigh and Man Utd reserves & women playing on it.
Due to the whims of the Association Football little gods, the pitch is relaid every Summer - no financial loss to Leigh but, this season, no home game between July 7th and August 19th 2023. London Broncos have a similar headache at Wimbledon.
It seems that you own BV. Should other sports teams play on it, who would pay for the relay? Groundshares should be priced appropriately and, sadly, therefore become less attractive to prospective tenants.

We own the ground not got a Council that bought it If you own a house and rent a room the tenant does not own half the house

I don’t know the ins and outs of costs for pitch maintenance, but I imagine that Trinity would not be renewing the pity annually, until such time it is required by our own ground team or the governing bodies of another sport should other sports be played at BV. I am confident that Michael Carter and John Minards have these scenarios fully covered.

Fully understood alegend, but you are erecting and knocking down a straw man.
As it happens, Derek Beaumont does own a ten percent stake in LSV - but not, as you say, half the house - a private company owns half the house, more than the council does.
It was a genuine question without intent to troll, after reading the whole thread from page 1 to 48 (which, by the number of repeated questions, does not seem to be the wont of Wakey supporters). It (the question) still stands and Bongser would be interested in hearing the answer.

All the Best.

Also, new car park and the refurbishment of the south east corner facilities into a gym/cafe area along with a new roof.
Two sections to go as far as I can make out. 12 roof supports were in place as of this morning, 14 required in total. Think the recent weather may have pushed back progress.
