The newmarket planning application can only be judged on the planning laws so provided Yorkcourt and their well paid legal and other advisers are confident that all points are in order, we should press on with the Community Trusts plans.
I don't give a toss what Boxes feasibility study says about which is deemed the most viable - he can't prevent newmarket going ahead on that basis and I doubt the withdrawal of the land parcel would be insurmountable to those plans. Even he would surely find it impossible to commit 4m worth of land to what is a private project at GH if only Cas were playing there.
