It all sounds positive, lets hope everyone continues on and does it. We need to make some permanent signings a.s.a.p IMO, because the sooner they are settled, the better.

Whats the state of play regarding Newmarket and the community trust? Wasn't Ted part of the landscape of that along with Sir Rodders and David Hinchliffe?

Also what has happen now to the money that was 'invested' in the pre-admin scheme and put in an escrow account. Has this been returned or have shares been offered in the new company?

I believe Ted & Diane were lined up to be on the board of the Community Trust but that was probably in their roles as club representatives, as they are no longer at the club they will no longer take up those positions.

Andrew Wright & Co, held the funds donated and will have or be in the process of returning those funds to those who donated.

Andrew Glover confirmed last night that no shares will be made available now or in the foreseeable future but it's not ruled out forever as who knows what the future holds.

Andrew Glover also explained that there is no board of Directors as such, at the club and therefore no place on a board can be offered to the Wakefield Trinity Supporters Trust, however, he will be looking to have regular communication with all parties involved at WT and that includes the WTST.

Thanks for that. I take it then AG & JE will take their place on the CT's board which can only be a good thing!

"I can tell you the atmosphere was extraordinary at Wheldon Road on big days. The ground held around 15,000 people, every one of them close to the action on the field and the noise would be enough to send a rumble through the town" - Malcolm Reilly "Reilly - A Life in Rugby League"

Once a Sandal Wild Cat always a Sandal Wild Cat.

Some talk of Bradford Northern and some of Hull and Leeds
Of Wigan and St Helens and such great teams as these
Of all the teams in Rugby league with me you will agree
The best team in the whole wide world is Wakefield Trinity!

Bring back the British Coal shirts for 2012

Come home Steve Georgallis & Nigel Wright

Not any more Alf. I doubt he will be living in England by this time next month.
