Cant see much further than him, Kirmond or Aiton to be fair. All 3 have given consistently high levels of performance throughout the year. These would be closely followed by Kyle Amor & Danny Washbrook.
Washbrook for me has been the biggest surprise. The mans a machine and far better with ball in hand than i ever gave him credit for. He is one of those players that you can see does all the little things right.
I think we are heading towards the NRL style feeder club system though it will have to wait for the mighty Bulls to go down and come back up again before its set in stone.

O'Meley is the type of hard nosed experienced powerful prop that WTW need if he stays fit & has still has the drive then if used in short bursts he would be worth a 2 year contract at WTW. Heard he works well for R.A.? A good addition to the props we've got such as Amor, Wilkes, Raleigh & James that can learn from him.

Quite an old rumour this one and like you, I'd be happy with it - there aren't many old-fashioned props like O'Meley left in the game and used right, he'd be a useful addition.
