Arona has been an absolutely devastating miss for us. He's not spectacular but he is absolutely 100% solid and gives his all in every game he plays.
His workrate allows the other players to show up and do what they can do and it's no surprise that we were coping before we lost him and ever since that Hudds game we have been shocking.

It’s not so much a case of dismissing it but one of wanting to know how they feel they can talk with such authority, most notably the conditioning of players! Who are they? Where do they get their info from.

It’s all statements not backed up by any form of evidence. It’s like the Brexit battle bus and the NHS statement, it looked great but had no substance.

My view is that this is an anonymous forum and due to that posters claiming to have knowledge have zero credibility despite what some chose to believe.

There are two exceptions to that above, Daddycool and TRB, both of whom make it clear who they are and where their info comes from, both are brave men.

PB and Avenger May say what many want to hear but they don’t have the guts to name themselves which in my mind makes them no more reliable than anyone else on here.

I’m unhappy with the way we have played in the last few month it’s been shocking and we can all see the on field reasons, that’s fair enough. However I for one am not arrogant enough and let’s be honest it is arrogant to suggest I know the underlying reasons! It’s this bit that sticks in my craw, because I don’t believe either are anywhere near close enough to the team or club to know and if they are they should be sacked immediately!

Truth is anyone can kid they are an expert with insider knowledge on here especially if people chose to be gullible enough to believe them.

The club/team is in the crapper and those who, with one obvious exception who can sort it are not posting on here.

I pretty much agree with your post but just to be clear to everyone, being anonymous isn't a case of guts, it's the forum rules and must remain so.

Not sure what brexit or the NHS has to do with trinity other than clouding your concerns regarding two posters obviously far knowledgeable than you.

There's a bit of confusion here chief, If it's an anonymous forum as you agree with, then why are you saying that they haven't the guts to name themselves, surely with the number of years you've been on here you would know it went against the AUP.

One thing is for sure though, they use the same user name and don't try to confuse people with multiple accounts

Sorry captain but I don't have an ego, just a few opinions that differ to yours, and as you consistently and also quite rightly tell people you don't require their permission to post, I'll let you into secret I/we don't need your permission to post either, and as for PB and Avengers knowledge I know as well as you do, seeing as you know PB quite well from your swag days they get their knowledge from the touchline side along with your old adversary belly and not imfo gleaned of rlfans like your good self.

I don’t understand why some people are intimidated by others with more knowledge than them, there’s certainly no need to get overly upset by it. If it’s hard for you to read and somehow damages your self esteem then don’t read it, simple, no need to lash out.

I’ve always thought that forums were a good place for banter, for discussion but also for learning something new as well. I’ve never felt inferior by someone else’s greater knowledge of things just grateful for their sharing of it. Maybe it’s me that’s odd!

Cam on hear about 12 week ago about how the backroom staff were out of there depth trying to defend Chester and got shot down for it .I am not Chesters biggest fan but logicle if the backroom staff have not had much experience with S L they are going to struggle,,Finn made is name in the championship not in S L.Pleased with the two signings but think the tackeling is much worst than the attack wich is shocking .Do not no if we will go down but it does not help when players get injured when you have 3 very good players already out for season

Chester has surely gained enough brownie points for one bad season. But when we compare to previous seasons, there are some obvious differences:

May be, but the facilities available to the players nowadays make me doubt that. It's what's in the the chest that counts, and to me it seems were lacking confidence and heads fall.

This is where the captain comes into his own. I'm sorry to harp back to the 'good old days' but a captain like Derek Turner simply would not stand for lack of effort on the pitch.

I'm not sure that either Kirmo, as good a player as he was for us, or Miller, have the ability to roust the players when times are hard.
