Just my opinion of course.
This sounds ok, but in practice is fraught with difficulties. A piecemeal build could face many unknowns over years to come.
Having already being corrected by DC once this morning on the stadium subject, I guess I’ll have to keep my powder dry and Trust his and John Minards judgment.

So to get back to the point of the thread, I didn't get chance to reply to your post Dunk.
I agree with what you say but I think that is why I fall my way rather than yours. There is a lot to be said for getting as much done as quickly as you can and getting to the basic fit for purpose level straight away, but for me I think for the same reason, I'd like to get a top quality section done, so that if things change we can downgrade the later developments but still have a money generating flagship stand. It will look good on tv, it will attract people to the game and it could be used on weekdays.
If we have an all round stadium that get's us to criteria, we are improving things there is no doubt but it gives people a reason to stop and say that's enough, and we are left with the 20th century stand that Fish referred to rather than a 21st century one.
Of course either is better than what we have but I favour the development of the East Stand first.
